Expand the search to include All Mail Items, All Calendar Items, or All Contact Items, depending on the module you are in. Use Advanced Find. Create a Search folder. Search for text within an open item. Find and replace text, symbols, or some formatting commands when in the Reading pane or in an open. Shift+F10: displays the shortcut menu for the selected item. Ctrl+F10: maximizes or restores the document window size. Alt+F10: displays the Selection task pane. Alt+Shift+F10: displays the menu or message for available actions, for example, for pasted text or an AutoCorrect change. F11 alone: moves to the next field.

Installation

To install KeyCue, download it from our downloads page. KeyCue is distributed as a macOS disk image (DMG). Once you have mounted the disk image, simply double-click the KeyCue icon to install and launch KeyCue.
