On 1/11/2011 I was visited by our Father and ever since then my life has changed. I saw Jeremiah 1: 11 about the Almond bud and the rod. 1:11 our Holy Spirit showed me about multiplication. Then about giving in Ecc.11:1. Thank you so much for sharing. My eyes have been opened. Abundant blessings to you and yours and your ministry.

Ecclesiastes 1:1-11 - NIV: The words of the Teacher, son of David, king in Jerusalem: 'Meaningless! Meaningless!' says the Teacher. 'Utterly meaningless! Everything is meaningless.'. 2 Thessalonians 1:11-12. Wherefore — In regard of which, as we rejoice in what is already done, and have the most earnest concern that the precious seed we have sown may answer the hope with which we see it springing up, and may at length advance to full maturity; we pray always for you — We are incessant in our supplications to God; that he would account you worthy of this calling. If you add 1/1/11 up, it equals four, which signifies a square or box, which has a link to orderliness. So, if you believe the world wide web, 2011 will be all about tidying up our lives and putting things in order, no matter what last year held.

Study Notes- John 1:1-11

The Light of the World

John 1:1-11

Darkness covers the earth like a pollution. It's the pollution of sin and it fills the atmosphere like a fog causing confusion and disillusionment. In order to displace the darkness and re-open the door to eternal life, God placed the fullness of His life into skin and dwelt among us– this was Jesus. When the WORD became flesh, it contained the fullness of Life and this LIFE became the LIGHT of men. This is the LIGHT that shines in the darkness (John 1:4).

When God placed the fullness of His life into skin, and entered the earthly realm, it was like a lighthouse was planted in the midst of a stormy ocean. Now, we get to choose if we will draw near to that Light, or if we will continue to navigate through the stormy oceans of life on our own.

Once we have seen the Light of Truth, we get to exercise our FREE WILL and make a choice about how we will respond to what the Light has shown us.

The Light enters the dark places of our lives and opens our eyes to see the things that hinder our freedom and peace. In the same way the atmosphere changes when a light is turned on in a dark room, our lives are illuminated when Jesus draws near. He illuminates the things in our hearts and we get to choose what we will do with what we have seen.

Often we feel like we want to run and hide when the Light is upon us because we feel like we are being judged. We must realize that WE are not the ones being judged, it is the sin, that is the fruit of the enemy, that is being judged. The problem is that after we have lived so many years (most of our lives) without the TRUTH and the LIGHT, we do not know how to separate ourselves from the sin. It feels like it is a portion of our own character. Sin intertwines with the our hearts, and unites itself to us. We need the LIGHT to shine on us regularly so that our eyes can adjust and begin to see which portions of our hearts belong in the dark places of the Enemy's kingdom, and which pieces should be magnified and exalted as the beauties of God's Kingdom. As we see the TRUTH, we are able to begin the process of CUTTING away the diseased portions of our sinful nature and cast them into the fire. Soon we begin to enjoy the LIGHT and delight in the way it saves us from the deceitful bindings of sin that choke off our FREEDOM.

Surely, when Jesus draws near, we feel judgment. But we must REMEMBER that we are feeling the judgement that rests on SATAN, not on us. We are the children of God and He embraces us with open arms.

John 1:12-13 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of GOD.

In John 16:8-12 Jesus describes the role that the Holy Spirit will play once He goes to the Father in Heaven. (The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Jesus that covers the earth and enters the hearts of all who believe in Jesus.)

It says that the Holy Spirit will convict concerning sin, righteousness and judgment: of sin because we don't believe, of righteousness because we can't SEE Him anymore and of judgment because the ruler of this world (Satan) is already JUDGED.

We will discuss this more at a later time, but first realize that verse 11 reveals that the judgment we FEEL is actually resting on Satan. If we are linking arms with Satan in any way (word, action, emotion, thought, etc.) we are FEELING the judgment that has already landed on the fruit of the his ways. When we feel this, we must run full force INTO the Light and begin the process of repentance so that we can receive GRACE and TRUTH.

JUDGEMENT

In John 3:16-21 we see the operation of judgement in reference to Jesus as the Light of the world.

For God did not send His Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through Him. He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

And this is judgement, that the light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than the light; for their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light, and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.

Jesus doesn't judge us in the ways we understand judgment. He stands before us in truth and grace. The TRUTH is the LIGHT that brings to reality the hidden intentions of our hearts, and the GRACE is the sponge that absorbs all of the harmful poisons that are exposed when we look with Him to see the things that separate us from the full embrace of His love and FREEDOM.

Heavenly judgement is beautiful because we draw near to the Light to receive grace and truth. Sometimes things that we didn't realize were being harbored in our hearts are exposed and we watch them disappear as we embrace His grace.

In the same way a light comes on in a room and darkness disappears, Jesus enters our lives and sin begins to disappear. This happens because we LOVE Him and choose to open the door of our heart so that the LIGHT can come in and shine.

This is a never ending process. Our hearts must be bathed in His light daily. Just like shadows can remain in a room after the lights have been turned on, shadows can exist in our hearts even after the LIGHT has entered. These shadows are a result of the strongholds of unforgiveness, betrayal, anger, pain, etc. These are the hard feelings that come with the reality of life. Unless the furniture of these hard feelings are removed, we will continue to have shadows in our hearts. The process of clearing the the shadows from our lives is the process of letting Jesus be Lord of our life– it is the process of embracing the Laws of Love which include FORGIVENESS, REPENTANCE, and SELFLESS LOVE.

THIS IS JUDGMENT

Isaiah 9:2 & 6 The people who walked in darkness have seen a great Light; those who dwealt in the land of the shadow of death, upon them a Light has shined. (6) For unto us a Child is born; Unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be call Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Jesus is our COUNSELOR, OUR MIGHTY GOD, OUR EVERLASTING FATHER and OUR PRINCE OF PEACE. If we choose to accept Him as Lord over ALL of our lives, we have stepped out of judgment (the shadows where Satan abides and helps us to hide our sin) and into grace.

John 3:16-21 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him would not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world, through Him, might be saved. He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is condemnation, that the LIGHT has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

John 12:46-50 'I have come as a LIGHT into the world, that whoever believes in Me should not abide in darkness. And if anyone hears My words and does not believe, I do not JUDGE him; for I did not come to JUDGE the world but to save the world (from deception, darkness, Satan). He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which will judge him– the Word which I have spoken will judge him in the last day. For I have not spoken on My own authority; but the Father who sent Me gave Me a command, what I should say, and what I should speak. And I know that His command is everlasting life…'
